Age Criteria: The child’s date of birth should be between
1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 for Admission to Class Foundation1
1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 for Admission to Class Foundation2
1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020 for Admission to Class KG
Kindly download the Registration Form and take a printout of the same and
fill in correct details and submit it to the school office on any working day
between 8:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m.
Also attach self attested copies of the following documents along with the Registration Form :
Note : You are required to bring the original birth certificate of your ward along with Registration Form for verification.
2. Photocopy of hospital discharge summary received from the hospital at the time of birth of your child.
3. Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the child
4.Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) to be submitted along with the Registration Form in the form of DD only drawn in favour of ‘St. Albans School’.
Note : a) Please mention the DD No. / Date on the Registration Form in the space provided.
b) Please do not make the DD from PNB, Sector -15, Faridabad.
Also note that Registration Fee is non-refundable.
Important :
a) The school reserves the right to reject invalid forms/ incomplete forms / forms with cuttings or overwriting.
b) Registration does not ensure admission.
