Age Criteria:  The child’s date of birth should be between
1st April 2022    to   31st March 2023    for      Admission to Class  Foundation1
1st April 2021    to   31st March 2022    for      Admission to Class Foundation2
1st April 2020    to   31st March 2021    for       Admission to Class Foundation3
 
Note :Admission of the child will be strictly based on the age criteria.
 
Kindly  download the Registration Form and take a printout of the same   and fill in correct details and submit it to the school office on any day
between 8:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m
 
 Also attach the following documents along with the Registration Form :
       1.  Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate with child’s formal name clearly written on it.
            Note : You are required to bring the original birth certificate of your ward along with Registration Form for verification.
 
       2. Photocopy of hospital discharge summary received from the hospital at the time of birth of your child.
 
      3.  Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) to be submitted along with the Registration Form in the form of DD  only  drawn in  favour of 
 ‘St. Albans School’.
Note : a) Please mention the DD No. / Date  on the Registration Form in the space provided.
              b) Please do not make the DD from PNB, Sector -15, Faridabad.
                        Also note that Registration Fee is non-refundable.
 
4. Please attach photocopies of the following :
a) Aadhar Card of the child
b) Parivar Pehchan Patra
 
 Important :
a) The school reserves the right to reject invalid forms/ incomplete forms / forms with  cuttings or overwriting.
b) Registration does not ensure admission.
