Registration Forms will be available for download from 08.08.2026 (Saturday) to 23.08.2026 (Sunday)

Age Criteria:  The child’s date of birth should be between

Class  Foundation1       1^st  April 2023    to   31^st   March 2024
Class Foundation2        1^st  April 2022    to   31^st  March 2023
Class Foundation3        1^st  April 2021    to   31^st  March 2022   
Class I                           1^st  April 2020    to   31^st  March 2021   
Class II                          1^st  April 2019    to   31^st  March 2020
Class III                         1^st  April 2018    to   31^st  March 2019   
Class IV                         1^st  April 2017    to   31st March 2018   
          
Note :Admission of the child will be strictly based on the age criteria.

Kindly  download the Registration Form and take a printout of the same   and fill in correct details and submit it to the school office on any working day from 10.08.2026 (Monday) to 24.08.2026 (Monday) between 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

 (Please note that the school will remain closed on  08.08.2026 & 15.08.2026)

 Also kindly attach the following documents along with the Registration Form :

1. Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate with child’s name clearly written on it.
    Note : You are required to bring the original birth certificate of your ward along with the Registration Form for verification.

2. Photocopy of hospital discharge summary received from the hospital at the time    of birth of your child.

3. Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) to be submitted along with the Registration Form in the form of DD only  drawn in  favour of St. Albans School’.

 Note :   
  a) Please mention the DD No. / Date  on the Registration Form in the  space provided.
  b) Please do not get the DD made from PNB, Sector -15, Faridabad.
  c) Also note that Registration Fee is non-refundable.

4. Please attach photocopies of the following :
   a) Aadhar Card of the child
   b) Parivar Pehchan Patra
 
Important :
a) The school reserves the right to reject invalid forms/ incomplete forms / forms with cuttings or overwriting.
b) Registration does not ensure admission.
